Year 5 Llangrannog Trip

DAY 1: The bus driver put our suitcases on the bus, then we sat next to each other for over 2 hours and we just talked all the way there!  When we saw Llangrannog on the sign everyone started to scream “we’re here!”.  When we got there we were called to room number 14. We were amazed by all the bunk beds.  We all unpacked then put all of our things away. As well as the bedroom we had a shower room and a toilet.
 
We went down for food, and then for our first activity we walked to the beach and had ice cream.  After we walked back we went in our rooms for about 25 minutes, and then got changed for the next activity. We went zip-lining which was a lot of fun! Then it was back for tea and then to our rooms to get ready for bed. We stayed awake talking for quite a while!

DAY 2: The next morning we woke up at 6am, got dressed and we had burnt toast and cereal, then we went skiing.  Straight after that we went go karting- it was really fun. Then we did tobogganing, and we all got soaked by the sprinkler!  After that we went back to our rooms for a while to relax, then we had pizza and chips!
 
After lunch we went quad biking- it was super fun! Then we did archery, which we also really enjoyed. We also went horse riding, then we all met up later for a disco.  Then after a really busy day it was time for bed!

DAY 3: The third (and final) day we woke up at 6:30am and were shattered from the day before. We then got dressed and went into the canteen for breakfast. After that we got our suitcases and brought them into the cinema room, because we had to leave our rooms for the cleaners to tidy up.
 
Our first activity was the muddy assault course, which was a lot of fun- the levels slowly got more difficult and at the end we had to go in the muddy water tunnel- our clothes got very soggy! After that we went and got changed ready for the bag jump. We tested it to see if we could go to the next level; some of us went to the second level then jumped off. 
 
Shortly after that we went to the high ropes- we got all geared up and headed on to the course, where we were partnered up and took it in turns.  One went up first, and the other helped guide them around the course, then we switched.  We then went to lunch and got our suitcases and got on the bus. We were all tired and sad that we had to leave, then waved goodbye to Llangrannog for a while.
