All staff who work at BHVC Primary school including teachers, teaching assistants, administrative and canteen staff have had up to date Child Protection training and are DBS checked. This training equips them to recognise and respond to any child welfare issues from pupils, parents, members of the community or visitors to our school.

Any concerns are passed to the designated safeguarding person, who in our school is currently the Head Teacher and she will follow strict guidelines on how to deal with any issues.
