Parent Consultations

Parent consultations will take place between Monday 13th and Thursday 16th October, either by Face to Face meeting or telephone.
 
If you would like a consultation appointment with your child’s class teacher, please choose from the class list below and follow the applicable link to complete the form, highlighting your preferred method of meeting and time slot.
 
Can you please ensure you submit the form no later than 8pm on Thursday 9th October, as we will not be able to guarantee appointments requested after this date.
