Our vision is to forge an unbroken mathematical journey for every student as they transition from primary to secondary school.

We, the dedicated mathematics teachers and school leaders across our cluster, recognise that the current gap between Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 often leads to a dip in attainment and, more critically, a loss of student confidence and joy in mathematics.

We believe that by working together, we can eliminate this ‘new start’ barrier, creating a continuous, coherent and motivating educational experience. Our goal is to ensure that, from the moment a student steps into their new secondary classroom, their mathematical capability is not just known, but understood and actively built upon.
