Class
Charts

Class Charts is our school communication platform and it allows us to share information instantly with parents in an efficient and effective way.  Announcements get sent directly to your personal device, keeping you informed and up to date at all times.

After downloading the app (available for both apple and android devices), sign up using our School ID code (contact the office for this) and then select the applicable year group/s- this ensures that all of the information received is relevant to you. You can also set it up to receive Schoop messages via email if preferred.

Please remember during sign up to link your child / children to your account as it helps us when sending out information to you. You can find this in the “My Schoop” section of the APP. Click the school name and then the pen or pen and paper icon.

Website

Our school website is updated daily and is where you will find a wide range of information and content relating to our school.

Check our Latest News page for the most recent information, as well as our Event Calendar, detailing many key dates throughout the academic year- such as school trips, class assemblies, concerts and parent consultations.

Key Stage 2 children get the opportunity to update sections of the site (such as our weekly attendance) and also regularly write reports for the Blog page.  Pupils also produce a wide range of multimedia content in our dedicated TV Studio – including videos, graphic design, songwriting and community podcasts.

Additionally, our Home Learning area is full of useful resources, designed to support your child’s learning at home- via Hwb, Google Classroom, Mathletics and Giglets.

E-Mail

If you have a general question or query then you can drop us an email by filling out the form on the Contact page.  Our emails are checked regularly each working day and we aim to respond to them as soon as possible.

If your enquiry is of a confidential nature, then please email the Head Teacher directly.

Phone

You can contact the school office directly on 01495 766500 throughout the school day.  If you cannot get through immediately, please leave a message on our answer-phone, and your call will be returned or passed on to the relevant member of staff as soon as possible.

In the event that you need to be contacted urgently, please let the school office know if any of your details change, so they can update the system with the correct information.
